  • Once your claim is verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

2. Conditions

  • Replacements are only applicable if the product arrives damaged or is defective.
  • We do not offer refunds. Replacements are processed once we confirm the condition of the received item.

3. Non-Eligible Items

  • Items that are used, opened, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for replacement.
