- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at greenmint0057@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt, providing proof of the damage (such as a photo).
- Once your claim is verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
2. Conditions
- Replacements are only applicable if the product arrives damaged or is defective.
- We do not offer refunds. Replacements are processed once we confirm the condition of the received item.
3. Non-Eligible Items
- Items that are used, opened, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for replacement.
